The Twelve Precepts of Integrated Generosity

Precept No. 1 – “Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisors they succeed.” Proverbs 15:22 NIV

Precept No. 2 - Estate taxes are voluntary - don’t let anyone tell you they are not

Precept No. 3 – Every taxpayer is an “Involuntary Philanthropist,” and the embedded tax against assets is simply an insidious form of debt

Precept No. 4 – The IRS levies estate tax on VALUE, not on CONTROL

Precept No. 5 – Plant the seeds of your crops (growth assets) in the “Owner-Operator field” (outside of your
taxable estate) where you have zero third party debt (estate tax)

Precept No. 6 – If you love something, let it go (it will be more protected from creditors, predators, and taxes if you do)

Precept No. 7 – Stop practicing and relying solely on “checkbook philanthropy” in your giving, and go “beyond the tithe”

Precept No. 8 - Giving more to charity now helps your family become better stewards, while creating a larger legacy to your family (funded by the IRS)

Precept No. 9 – Train up your Children

Precept No. 10 – Use time tested life insurance strategies to magnify the impact of your financial legacy

Precept No. 11 – Don’t hesitate to use OPM as an efficient tool to maximize the financial impact of your current estate

Precept No. 12 – If you believe in eternity, invest in eternity
